Ball mill
Ball Mill Machinery&gold mining ball mill machinery is the key equipment for smash the materials after they are primarily crushed. Ball Mill is generally used to grind material 1/4 inch and finer, down to the particle size of 20 to 75 microns. Ball mill is an efficient tool for grinding many materials into fine powder, such as building material, chemical industry etc. There are two ways of grinding: the dry process and the wet process. It can be divided into tabular type and flowing type according to different forms of discharging material.
Structure of Ball mill
Ball mill is mainly composed of feeding part, discharging part, rotary part and driving part which includes reducer, small drive gear, electrical machine and electronic control.
The ball mill we manufactured are mainly the wet type ball mill which is widely applied for wet grinding in indrustries of beneficiation, chemicals, constructions, and so on.
There are 2 kinds of stone grinder for sale, grate type and overflow type due to different ways of discharging. The grate type Rock Gold Mill is devided into short cylindrical ball mill which is suitable for coarse grinding, and long cylindrical ball mill which is suitable for fine grinding. The overflow type Rock Gold Mill is always used in the secondary grinding, while the grate type is always used in the first grinding, forming the closed-circuit with the spiral classifier.
Ball Mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. Materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly.
There are ladder liner, ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber.
