Description of Vibration Screen

There are two kinds of vibrating screens: linear vibrating screen and circular vibrating screen.
The linear screen is a kind of highly efficient screening facility. It has been widely used in the mining, coal, smelting, materials building, fireproofing, light industry, chemical industry and other industries, with the advantages of reliable performance, low energy consumption, low noise, long life and high efficiency of screening.

The circular vibrating screen is also a new kind of highly efficient screening facility which makes circular movements. This type of vibrating screen employs the cylindrical eccentric shaft vibrating machine, with the advantages of reliability, high vibrating strength, high efficient screening, low noise, easy repair, safe use and so on. It has been widely used in the screening of mining, building materials , traffic, energy resources, chemistry industry and other industries.
The vibrating screen mainly consists of vibrating exciter, pulp distributor, screen frame, rack, hanging spring, screen cloth and other components.

Application of Vibration Screen

It is widely used for grading and screening materials in such fields as chemical industry, minerals, quarry, building materials, water conservancy and hydropower, transportation, smelting and so on. Vibrating screens are efficient screening machines for the classification of bulk material such as coal, minerals, coke etc. There are 40 specifications for this series vibrating screen, of which the heavy duty type of vibrating screens are for the classification of large size materials, while the light duty type of vibrating screens are for the middle and small size materials.

Working Principle of Vibration Screen

When the vibrating screen is working, the two engines rotate oppositely to make the vibrating exciter produce the exciting force, which makes the materials throw forward periodically to finish the screening. It is suitable for the screening of stones in the stone pit as well as for the screening of coals dressing, ores dressing, materials building, electricity and chemistry.

The working part of the vibrating screen is stationary, while the screening is made by the sliding of the materials along the mining face. The fixed lattice sieve is a frequently used screen in ores dressing, which is always used for coarse crushing or advanced screening before medium crushing.

Its structure is simple, thus it is easy to be made. The main disadvantage is the low production ratio and low efficiency of screening with only 50% to 60%.
