Combined with domestic shaking table and gravity beneficiation technology, shaking table has the advantages of high enrichment ratio, good separation efficiency and simple operation, and the final concentrate and tailings can be obtained at one time. Compared with the traditional process, it has the advantages of no chemicals, low energy consumption, convenient management, etc., and has a higher performance-price ratio.
The shaking table mineral separation process is carried out on the inclined table top with complex bars. The ore grains are fed from the ore feeding trough at the upper corner of the table top, and the horizontal flushing water is supplied from the water feeding trough. Under the action of vibration waves, the ore grains with different specific gravity and particle size move longitudinally and transversely along the table top. The ore grains with different specific gravity and particle size flow down in a trapezoidal shape along their respective moving directions, and are discharged from different positions at the concentrate end and tailings side respectively, and finally are divided into concentrate, middling and tailings.
Advantages of shaking table mineral separation: (1) Rich ore ratio (ratio of concentrate grade to raw ore grade) is higher than many other beneficiation methods, and the maximum can reach more than 100 times; (2) Qualified concentrate and waste tailings can be obtained by one-time separation; (3) The ore is fan-shaped zoning on the bed surface, which is convenient for observation and adjustment; (4) the products can be separated by a dividing plate according to needs and then taken separately, so that various products can be obtained; ⑤ Do not consume medicine and consume little electricity.
